Greek Yogurt with Berries, Nuts and Honey

Greek Yogurt is a yogurt that has been strained to remove most of its whey, resulting in a thicker consistency than unstrained yogurt, while preserving yogurt’s distinctive sour taste.

It has numerous health benefits such as protein, calcium and potassium nutrients, as well as vitamin B12 – necessary for energy and healthy brain function – and works awesome as a post-workout meal

Try it out!

Stuff you need:

  • 170 grams of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1tbsp of honey
  • 65g of fresh berries
  • 1tbsp of chopped walnuts

Now what?

  1. Place yogurt in a dish, top with berries, nuts and honey
