Tofu salad
Stuff you need:
- 1 block tofu
- 4 tbsp cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- Salt & pepper
- As much finely chopped vegetables of your choice as desired (carrots, peppers, etc.)
Now what?
- Drain as much of the water from the tofu as possible by squeezing with a tea cloth/towel.
- Crumble up the tofu until it resembles the consistency of cottage cheese.
- Add tofu and the remaining ingredients to a bowl, mix well.
