With 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I’ve dedicated the last decade to specializing in Elite High-Performance programs. During this time, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Championship players, teams, and organizations, helping athletes push their boundaries and achieve their goals. My journey has also included working with Commonwealth and Olympic-level athletes across a variety of sports, where I have contributed to enhancing their performance on the world stage as a Strength & Conditioning Coach.

My passion lies in optimizing movement and performance, and I’m deeply committed to guiding athletes through every stage of their development. Whether they are emerging talents or seasoned professionals, my focus is always on creating tailored strength, conditioning, and athletic development programs that maximize their potential. I believe that consistent effort, precision in mechanics, and a strategic approach to training are essential for success, both in competition and in long-term development.

Having worked at the highest levels of sport, I understand the demands and pressures faced by elite athletes. My experience extends across a wide range of age groups and athletic stages, from youth development in Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) models to high-performance return-to-play protocols for top-tier professionals. My approach is always athlete-centered, with a focus on enhancing strength, power, speed, and resilience, helping athletes not only reach but sustain their peak performance.
