What tools do you use to measure goals and track success?
Hands down my personal favourite is the Dexa scan, if your goal is to get fit and lose weight which is most common for many people today you can’t go past this machine.
What is a Dexa Scan:
Dexa scan is a measure of body composition, which refers to the proportion of fat, muscle and bone in the human body. A health body composition is one that includes a lower proportion of body fat and a higher proportion of fat-free mass.
Why should you get a Dexa Scan:
– Enables you to track any changes in your body fat and muscle mass, which is the key to anyone who takes their health seriously and fitness performance goals at any level, beginner to elite.
– Establish a baseline prior to a new exercise/diet program.
– Get a complete picture of your relative health risk and meaningful data based purley on the amount and distribution of fat and lean mass in your body.
