I didn’t like it when I started my first 6 Week Health Challenge in August 2015 (think I cried after every session that week )! As I changed my eating habits and started to get a bit fitter, I started to enjoy what I was doing and the people I was exercising with. So much so, that I did another Health Challenge in October this year! The workouts are always varied so you don’t get bored and dare I say it – enjoyable!
WHY SHOULD PEOPLE GIVE IT A GO?
The trainers are so supportive, the other members are welcoming and all sessions can be adapted to any fitness level. There’s plenty of class times to suit everyone’s busy schedules.
