Hi Reps programs/classes are designed for all fitness levels, from little to experienced fitness, everyone is welcome at Hi Reps Fitness and we look at making fitness training fun, rewarding & achievable for each of you.
At Hi Reps, all our programs are in a group class format. Which means you’ll never have to ask yourself, “what should I do today?” Instead, you come in, give your training all you got and the results will show themselves quickly.
Don’t think of Hi Reps as a regular gym, instead, think of our services as group personal training.

CrossFit Workouts are constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. Caters for all fitness levels – beginner to intermediate to advance.
BARBELL CLUB – Weightlifting
When it comes to strength training, a barbell is one heck of an effective tool. Sure, you could do bodyweight exercises from now until forever, but if you want to truly reach your strength potential – that is, your ability to move heavy loads – you’ll want to use free weights. We’re talking nothing but a steel bar and some plates. The barbell functionally challenges your muscles, joints, and balance all at once, which research has proven can lead to significant strength gains compared to traditional exercises.

Functional Fitness Workouts train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasise core stability.
MetCon Workouts, or Metabolic Conditioning, are fast-paced, high-intensity workouts completed in a short period of time that will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly burn fat.
Boxing focuses on sound boxing fundamentals, solid cardio-conditioning, and stretching. Members will sweat it out with a jump rope, shadow box, circuit training, various bag work and do one-on-one pad work.

Our Active Kids program is based on the principle of Mechanics > Consistency > Intensity through adolescence. Our young members (ages 7 years to 14 years) improve their fitness while gaining strength, learning a new technique, while gaining confidence & self-esteem at this growing age.
Our program is meant to be FUN, meaning we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits which means better all-round health for our Teens. The program is scale-able and all fitness levels are welcome.
Classes run Monday & Wednesday 4:30 pm and run for 45mins.

Personal Training offers a one-on-one private workout session with a coach. Your coach will assist you in developing a comprehensive personal fitness program. Whether you are just starting an exercise program or looking for some variety in your existing program, your Coach will help you reach your goals. Learn the different weight training and cardiovascular equipment and receive personal instruction on exercise technique. Our Coaches offer in-depth education and motivation needed to guide you towards lifetime fitness.
This course is mandatory for anyone who wants to do CrossFit and has not completed a similar course at another CrossFit affiliate. Both performance and safety are a top priority at Hi Reps Rouse Hill, and we want you all to have a solid foundation. On-Ramp is three sessions over one week and takes place after you complete your CrossFit trial. Each session runs for 30mins and introduces key skills with 1on1 time with you and one of our experienced coaches. This course runs at a time confirmed by you and our coach outside CrossFit class hours and following the trial session.
