Let’s face it – knowing what to eat, how much to eat, sticking with a ‘cookie cutter’ meal plan can be complicated at the best of times. Add in work/life balance, feeding the family and enjoying a social event, and it all seems impossible. Right?
Well, I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be.
There is no such thing as an ‘ONE SIZE FITS ALL’ plan when it comes to diet and exercise. We all have different genetics, body shapes, diet/food preferences and fitness goals. However, with a little science, some learning exercises and a few handy recipes, you can achieve your goals.
Rather than downloading another meal plan from the internet that doesn’t take into account your genetic makeup and your personal fitness goals why not get some ‘real’ help from a ‘real’ coach who knows you, sees you at training and can keep you accountable week in and out?
We at Hi Reps Fitness, Rouse Hill have been working on a new nutrition program for the past six months and are incredibly excited to be released in February 2018. Project YOU has been tried and tested by all 3 of our Hi Reps coaches, and the results are here to see:
This program will be catered to each individual, with weekly check-ins to make sure you are on track to reach your goals.
This program/service is more in-depth and requires a lot more one on one time with our coaches. That’s why it’s important to know we are only taking people who are serious about their goals, who won’t give up within the 1st week (1 strike system), who will stay accountable, honest and open to learning the weekly exercises. The Program includes:
• 8 Weeks of personalised Meal Plan/s
• Recipe Guide (which can be used with the whole family)
• Supplements Guide/Info
• Nutrition & Exercise Guide
• Weekly Online Check-In w/coach
• Weekly Online learning exercises (that need to be completed)
• $120.00 + GST for the 1st eight weeks
*Price does not include training. This is a nutrition program only. Continued plans/check-ins (after the eight weeks) will incur extra fees.
