Hi Reps Fitness, Rouse Hill offers CrossFit Kids and Teens classes for children ages 7 to 15 years. We scale workouts and movements to accommodate all ages and abilities. Our program is safe for primary to high school-aged children. It is an exercise program that views good movement as a key factor in maintaining health for children from preschool to high school. CrossFit Kids stresses proper movement mechanics at all ages, and consistency of good movement is a necessity before loads are added or intensity is increased.
As our Teens (13yrs+) gain confidence, ability & technique with the barbell, there is the opportunity to participate in our other Hi Reps programs. Each child is assessed individually in class & parents will be notified if this is an option down the track (a minimum of 8 weeks in our CrossFit Kids/Teens prior to invite)
All of our Coaches have undergone WWCC, hold current First Aid certificates.
How many sessions per week?
We run two classes per week during school terms on Monday & Wednesday, 4:30 to 5:15pm. We recommend that kids attend a minimum of 2 sessions per week to gain the full advantage of the program.
What is the duration of the class?
Hi Reps classes will run for approximately 45 minutes.
How do I support my child participating in Hi Reps Fitness?
As a parent, it is important to encourage your kids. We welcome and advise you to stay and watch the class, though we ask that while your child is participating in the class you refrain from interrupting and distracting them. We recommend keeping your child enrolled in Hi Reps even during sports seasons; just be sure to evaluate their schedule and discuss programming with our coaches to avoid overtraining.

It is compulsory to pay for and book your children into all classes for the entire term in advance. We offer a beginning of Term discount if payments made prior to 1st session.
2018 classes will have capped numbers per class.
We have 2 payment options. Cash in person and Direct debit/bank transfer
Once paid for, your child will be enrolled in those nominated classes. For the entire term.
You can only alter the days throughout the term if there is a free spot. You must also speak with Stef before doing so. Please do this in advance of the classes you wish to change.
If your child is unable to make any of the classes dues to sickness or injury, we ask that you please notify via email firstname.lastname@example.org .
All new Kids/Teens receive their 1st session FREE.
We have reached the point with our class sizes that we must place a cap on the number of kids and teens in each class to ensure your children continue to get the most out of each and every training session.
Class sizes to be capped and once reached, kids/teens won’t be able to attend those classes that are full.
