STEP ONE – Take part in FREE trial
If you are new to fitness, coming from a traditional gym routine, bored with your current fitness activity, need some help with fitness goals or just curious then join in our free two-week trial
Our two-week trial provides you with 1 CrossFit session, 6 Functional Fitness (made up of Functional Fitness, MetCon or Boxing) sessions & 1 Gym visit. Here you’ll hear about Hi Reps, why it works, the difference between Functional Fitness and CrossFit and get two weeks’ worth of workouts in the process.
Our trial has a no-obligation offer, limited to new people of Hi Reps and can only be used over a 2-week consecutive period.
STEP TWO – Pick a membership to suit you
After your two-week trial, our coaches will be around for questions and comments. We’ll talk to you about your schedule and fitness and health goals, our different programs, and work with you to find the right solution and get you signed up.

STEP THREE – Sign Up Now

UNLIMITED ALL AREAS MONTHLY
To get started and join our regular CrossFit classes, you must attend our ‘OnRamp’ sessions. This course is required for anyone who wants to do CrossFit and has not completed a similar course at another CrossFit affiliate. Both performance and safety are a top priority, and we want you all to have a solid foundation. On Ramp is three sessions over one week. Each class runs for 30mins and introduces key skills and includes a workout. This course runs at a time confirmed between you and our coach outside CrossFit class hours and following the trial session.
UNLIMITED FUNCTIONAL FITNESS MONTHLY
