I’m not exercising at the moment; will I be able to participate in Hi Reps Fitness programs?
Yes, Hi Reps Fitness programs caters for all individuals ages and fitness levels, our team of fitness coaches are experts in maximising each workout and no one gets left behind during our sessions.
What can I expect to be doing during a Hi Reps Fitness session?
All of our sessions at Hi Reps Fitness go for 1 hour and cover a general warm up, a focus on strength or skill (in CrossFit/Weightlifting) and a workout implementing what you have learnt. Workouts are measurable, scalable, timed, encourage and motivating. Followed by a cool down and stretch. Virtually a full personal training session in a group environment.

What do I need to bring to a training session?
- Comfortable exercise clothes
- Comfortable/proper running shoes (in a good condition to minimise injury and maximise your workout)
- A water bottle
- A towel
- Any medication, puffers, insulin etc that you may also require.
- Most importantly a positive attitude
What happens if I am unable to attend the sessions due to unforeseen circumstances?
If a Hi Reps Fitness member is unable to attend a session which is out of their control, they are entitled to the missed sessions policy (enabling you to make up the missed session during the calendar month).
If a Hi Reps Fitness member is required leave from training due to medical, holiday or other circumstances and would like to put their account on hold, a member will need to supply Hi Reps Fitness with suspension form and at least two week’s notice.

What hours does Hi Reps Fitness operate?

Personal Training is available Monday – Friday 5:00am – 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-11:00am.
Gym is open between below hours, please note that no access to gym between these hours when a CrossFit class is taking place (6am weekdays):
Monday 5:00am-9:00am & 12:00pm-8:00pm
Thursday 5:00am-10:30am & 12:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday 6:30am – 11:00am
What if the weather is adverse and it’s raining outside, does Hi Reps Fitness session still take place?
Yes, training is on regardless of the weather, we take into account the weather and if it’s raining quiet heavily we will normally conduct our BootCamp classes undercover at each location.
What if there are some aspects of the program that for some reason I can’t perform due to injury etc?
Our fitness coaches have lots of experience in exercise rehabilitation and exercise prescription and can easily give alternative exercises as need be.
If you have any concerns or current injuries that Hi Reps Fitness isn’t aware of, please make concern/injury known with Hi Reps before you participate in a session.
